today is NAPFA five items day ! went home bathe, take bus wif jun wei back to sch half way saw AMOS ! after that meet siew meng and qiu hui went to slack awhile then went to hall and report. 1st sation is sit and reach i only reach 39 i think :X 2nd is sit up i got 40 ! :D 3rd is broad jump i think i got 214 :X 4th went to inclined pull ups 26 A le i do until 31 teacher ask me stop stop ! lols ! funny ! lastly is shuttle run ! i got 9. something :D hahas. that all went home after that !
